The Woodcock-JohnsonIII Tests of Achievement is one of the most widely used tools for assessing academic success. Many private and public schools use this test for academic placement decisions.

The WJ-III has a standard battery of 12 subtests measuring math, vocabulary, reading and writing skills, and a 10-subtest optional extended battery.

This practice test includes practice exercises for the standard battery that measures reading, math, and written language but excludes oral language (see chart below). The WJ-III Achievement test is published in two parallel forms (Forms A & B). This practice test covers Form A.
