The fourth edition of Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI-IV) is a test used to measure the intellectual ability of children between the ages of 2.5 years and 7 years, 7 months. The core subtests for ages 2.5 to 3.9 years old can be completed in about 45 minutes. Administering the test to children 4 years and older may may take longer because older children are exposed to more subtests. Here are a few WPPSI-IV practice questions to get you familiar with what to expect.

2. Look at these picture. Pick one from the first row that goes with the one in the second row.
3. Show me the one that says "oink".
4. See if you can complete this sentence:

5. Why is it bad to play with matches?

5. You could get burned.
