WISC-IV

The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, fourth edition/WISC®-IV is one of a family of intelligence tests specifically designed for evaluating children.  This individually administered intelligence test is for children between the inclusive ages of 6 and 16, and it can be completed without the child being able to read or write. The assessment contains 10 primary core subtests along with five additional subtests; they can all be summarized in four indexes and one full scale intelligence quotient index.
