Become a Test Tutor



  • Administering diagnostic tests and developing lesson plans.
  • Teaching students in a 1:1 session for 45-90 minutes, primarily on weekday afternoons and weekend mornings at-home or mutually agreed upon location.
  • Discussing a student’s progress with his/her parents/caregivers.
  • Writing a detailed report of the session to be sent to parents/caregivers and internal staff. 

Test Tutor Publishing, LLC is presently seeking contract tutors located in various U.S. cities. Specifically, we are looking to bring on tutors with elementary and middle school teaching experience to work with students in Pre-K-8th grade students in one-on-one tutoring sessions for admissions and achievement exams. We provide suggested materials that tutors might require for sessions based on a student's needs as seen on our diagnostics test. Sessions will be scheduled at clients' homes or a mutually agreed upon location. The majority of the tutoring sessions will occur on weekdays from 3:00-7:00 pm and on weekends from 9:00-3:00 pm

Services include: NNAT2, WISC-IV, WISC-V, WPPSI-III, WPPSI-IV, IAAT, KBIT, Woodcock-Johnson IV Achievement, Common Core/ELA and Math.


  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree preferably in Education.
  • Minimum 2 years lead classroom teaching experience.
  • Open to travelling to students' homes for sessions.
  • Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
